Nasturtium

Nasturtium flowers are the blooms of the nasturtium plant. The pretty, delicate flowers have a peppery flavour.

Anyone who enjoys making their own vinegar can use these flowers to make nasturtium vinegar. The flowers also work well marinated in good apple cider vinegar. After around 2 weeks the vinegar will have turned orange in colour and taken on the peppery flavour of nasturtium.

Nasturtiums also make a great addition to a flower salad or can simply be used to decorate a dish.
