Baby corn

Baby corn is essentially just sweetcorn. It is harvested when it reaches a length of 10 cm and has a slightly sweet flavour.

It is predominantly used in dishes prepared in a wok. Baby corn looks great as a decorative addition. It looks identical to a large corn, just in miniature.
Baby corn can be consumed raw, blanched, boiled or grilled. Your imagination is the limit.
