Koppert Cress specialises in cress varieties and seedlings of unique plants, each of which has its own tantalising effect on the senses – taste, smell, touch or sight. Unlike sprouts, cresses are living plants.

‘Specialties’ is our name for leaves and flowers that have been carefully selected for their flavour. Taste is paramount at Koppert Cress, but looks are also important. Our term ‘Architecture Aromatique’ refers to this combination of flavour, fragrance and decoration.
